柔软薄薄的面饼
家里有炒菜的锅、有面粉,就可以烙这种薄薄的面饼,柔软有韧性,卷肉卷菜都好吃,做法非常的简单。

把面粉放入盆中,加入适量清水,用筷子不停地搅拌,直到把面粉搅拌成不稀不稠、从勺子里往下倒很顺畅、又能挂住勺子的面糊就可以了。

然后起锅点火,把锅加热后调最小火,锅中放入一点点底油,掂起炒锅轻轻转动,让锅里的底油均匀地润滑整个锅底,接下来将一大勺面糊倒入锅里,再掂起炒锅轻轻转动,让面糊通过流动,均匀地摊成一个薄薄的圆形面饼,然后用锅铲摊均匀,等到面糊定形后,翻个面,待面饼两面稍微有一点泛黄时,面饼就熟了。
