✅食材准备:
青线椒
红辣椒
大蒜
香菜
葱姜
八角
花椒
✅做法步骤
1️⃣:准备工作:把食材都清洗干净,青线椒对半切开,然后改刀切小丁,红辣椒也改刀切小丁,大蒜切成末;
2️⃣:把线椒丁、红椒丁、蒜末放入盘子里➕适量白砂糖用筷子搅拌均匀,锅里倒油,下入香菜、葱姜、八角、干花椒开小火慢慢炸,炸干后料渣捞出不要;

3️⃣:捞出料渣后➕2勺生抽➕1勺陈醋➕少许老抽➕1勺白砂糖,开火煮开,开锅后关火晾凉;
4️⃣:最后把盘子里的辣椒丁装入容器中,倒入晾凉的料汁,盖上盖子腌制24个小时即可开吃啦。时间越长越入味哦!
