鸡蛋1个,米饭1碗,番茄1个
洋葱半个,培根1片,西兰花几朵
盐2茶匙,鸡精0.5茶匙

1.食材洗净,番茄、洋葱、培根切成小丁

2.炒锅放油,依次下洋葱、西红柿、培根炒烂软

3.下隔夜米饭,放盐和味精,炒散,乘出备用

4.另起一锅烧开水,放一勺盐,倒入西兰花,大火煮2分钟,捞出沥干备用

5.鸡蛋加少量盐打散

6.另起一个平底不粘锅,小火,刷薄油
